Small claims can be a frustrating affair. Often it can seem like the effort isn't worth the reward, but if you are owed money then you have a right to try to get it back.

You will need to calculate exactly what is owed (including all interest). There are several documents you will need to prepare for the court. You can then represent yourself in court, and this can be a really good way of saving money on the claim.
